GT Siwawa does regular tree work in Roodepoort and the estates around Ruimsig and Krugersdorp. A lot of it is tall trees grown too close to the house: five 8–10 m palms at a Ruimsig Golf Estate home, and three pines of the same height that could have fallen onto a house and pool.
The other half is storm and dead-tree work. In Wilropark the team did an emergency removal, stump included. Another Roodepoort job was a tree that fell in a storm and damaged the electric fence, cleared and the old stump uprooted.
